Description: Dermoscopy from 6 months previous. Clear lines curved in the lesion show origin from solar lentigo or seborrhoeic keratosis. Light area macular not papular, still shows short curved vessels. No dot vessels apparent.

History: 80 year old male with "new" lesion upper chest. Past history of BCCs. Histology reported as; Sections confirm an excoriated lichenoid keratosis. Only on assembling photos for the atlas did I find an image of this lesion from 6 months previous!
