Description: Lesion shows dots grey in a papular portion of the lesion. Vessels are short curved in this papule, and dot vessels superior to the left ulceration. Lines curved inferiorly may be perilesional skin. Excised to exclude melanoma.

History: 80 year old male with "new" lesion upper chest. Past history of BCCs. Histology reported as; Sections confirm an excoriated lichenoid keratosis. Only on assembling photos for the atlas did I find an image of this lesion from 6 months previous!
