Description: Alternative contact polarised dermoscopy with Dermlite IIHR.

History: 80 year old male with "new" lesion upper chest. Past history of BCCs. Histology reported as; Sections confirm an excoriated lichenoid keratosis. Only on assembling photos for the atlas did I find an image of this lesion from 6 months previous!
