Description: Dermoscopy image Pattern - Clods (neatly aligned in rows consistent with background reticular network)and reticular lines. The clods are central and the reticular network peripheral which gives a measure of symmetry. Colours - Light brown, dark brown and black. Clues - I did wonder whether the clods amounted to thick lines reticular
History: This lesion was originally imaged on a Molemax with the intention of monitoring after 3 months. The patient returned after 12 months and because of apparent change the lesion was excised. Histology revealed a naevus with moderate dysplasia and regression, falling short of melanoma in situ.
