Case 7 67 y.o man presented for skin check. Papule upper back,level of T2 left paravertebral area. He was unaware of this lesion.
Question: What is your provisional diagnosis of this lesion? (Consider Hypomelanotic melanoma,Hypertrophic solar keratosis,Squamous cell carcinoma in situ,Nodular basal cell carcinoma and irritated fibroepithelioma.)
