Question: What do you think is the diagnosis? Consider Melanoma, BCC, Dysplastic nevus, Bowen's disease,Seborrhoeic keratosis and Combined nevus.

Answer: Histology: L2 (0.3mm) superficial spreading melanoma arising within a dysplastic compound naevus.
