Question: What is your diagnosis? Consider Junctional nevus with regression, Melanoma, Atypical Spitz, Lichen planus like keratosis or Pigmented IEC

Answer: Histology: Intense lichenoid regression occurring within a flat seborrhoeic keratosis/solar lentigo.
