History
This was the December 2007 Dirty Dozen composed by Dr Tim Hackett. Case 1 72 year old female with a lesion noted on the lower leg. Present for many years according to patient.
Question: What is the diagnosis? Consider Melanoma, Seborrhoeic keratosis, Pigmented IEC, Pigmented BCC, Dysplastic nevus.
