Description: Macro image. This lesion has a "stuck-on" appearance and it is thick. These features might suggest that it is a seborrhoeic keratosis. There is also a significant amount of shiny keratin present which is consistent with the diagnosis of pigmented IEC.

History: This lesion was encountered at a routine skin check. The patient stated that it had been present for the last 4 years.
