Description: Clinical view of lesion on the shoulder. Dark rapidly growing lesion in an infant.

History: This lesion which has grown rapidly in the last 4 months on the knee of a 14 months old boy. Nothing there before. No other nevi whatsoever. No family history of abnormal nevi or melanoma.
