History:
Kittler 1 pattern reticular one colour black is either a Reed nevus or an inkspot lentigo but the latter often is more lines branched. The central part of a Reed nevus may be black structureless with lines radial peripheral plus pseudopods . To see the central reticular pattern you may have to tape strip it.
