Description: Close up of the coronoid lamella appearing double edged at one point.

History: This was a solitary porokeratosis on a woman's leg. The dermoscopy shows an excellent peripheral coronoid lamella. Occassionally an SCC in situ can develope in the centre of one of these lesions.
