Description: Patterns seen are dots grey arranged as circles, featureless white and pink centrally, some areas of lines reticular and circles brown peripherally. Overall these features suggest LPLK but lentigo maligna melanoma cannot be totally excluded.

History: 64 year old male, 1 previous melanoma. 2 new lesions on back. Inferior lesion is lentigo maligna melanoma. Superior lesion reported as; Sections show an end-stage lichen planus-like keratosis with coarse melanin incontinence
