Description: Acanthotc type of seborrhoeis keratosis

History: A large, slightly elevated, brown plaque in an older man, with a  long standing history of being present for about 10 years. The dermoscopy exam showed pseudonetwork with horn crypts. epidermis is acanthotic and hyperkeratotic.
