Description: pigmented tuber mimicing melanoma

History: The female patient came because she noticed a nodular pigmented lesion a few months ago. Dermoscopy exam and histology report both confirmed the diagnosis of seb. keratosis with an acanthotic and hyperkeratotic epidermis and with horn cysts.
