History:

This elderly lady was unaware of this lesion on her back.

It shows classical features of a pigmented BCC with Blue ovoid nests/Blue clods.

It has few vessels but has a dishwater colour often seen in a BCC.  It has some ulceration.

A good example of a Maple leaf like structure is seen at 7 o'clock.
