Description: Dotted vessels are arranged as pearls on a line and whitisch halo

History: This 55--year-old woman developed a red papula 2 years ago in her leg. The lesion was excised and the pathology confirmed the clinical-dermoscopical hypothesis of a clear cell acanthoma. Clinical description: The sharp transition to normal skin with scaly collarette and vascular puntae (Ian’s description). Dermatoscopic description: Dotted vessels are arranged as pearls on a line and whitisch halo.
