History:
Presented for six monthly follow up skin examination.He has had three melanomas excised previously.
Histopathology : Junctional dysplastic nevus( ?evolving); solar lentigo with atypia.
Comment by pathologist - " This lesion is difficult to catergorize and may be partly reactive.Slightly wider excision may be prudent"
Black flecks or flecks of tan can be a clue to early diagnosis of melanoma.
