Description: Dermoscopy enlarged showing central vascular granulation tissue with surrounding fibrosis and increased peripheral vessels.

History: This lady presented with an asymptomatic nodule on her neck which had a bluish tinge. Histopathology showed granulation tissue in the wall of a resolving abscess.
