Description: Blue ovoid nests, arborizing vessels.

History: A nodular and pigmented lesion of the mid-scalp. It was sharply limited, showed blue ovoid nests which hid partially the arborizing vessels. The pathology confirmed the diagnosis of nodular basal cell carcinoma.
