Construction worker presented for routine skin examination.

According to Japanese authors[ Tanaka M,Kimoto M & Saida T ]  : up to 10% of acral nevi could show non-typical pattern.Lattice-like pattern is also observed especially on the arch areas as a variant of parallel furrow pattern which might be due to some differences in the skin markings at the arch area.
