Description: Enter Description

History: Patient presented with lesion on calf enlarging over a few months. Clinical examination shows aymmetrical pigmented lesion. Histology was reported as — Sections confirm level 2 superficial spreading malignant melanoma arising in a dysplastic compound naevus. There is incipient ulceration. The Breslow thickness is approximately 0.55mm. There is a very occasional dermal mitosis and there is evidence of regression.
