Description: Non-polarised, Dermlite Fluid. Dermoscopy is almost entirely featureless

History: 74 year old with history of non-melanoma skin cancer, 5mm diameter slightly raised lesion noted at routine examination. Histology was reported as; The shave shows lichenoid large cell acanthoma. This is a variant of benign lichenoid keratosis.
