Description: Blue-white structures, atypical pigment network, irregular blotches and irregular streaks.

History:

This 26-year-old woman complained of an enlarging mole of the left scapular area for a year. The lesion was excised, and histology revealeda superficial spreading melanoma with a Breslow index of 1.80mm(thick) . The scar was reexcised with a 2 cm margin.

Dermoscopic description:  Blue-white structures, atypical pigment network, irregular blotches and irregular streaks.
