Description: Dermoscopy- Multiple brown dots and negative pigment network.

History:

This naevus showed multiple brown dots and negative pigment network while other naevi have reticular/fine and uniform pigment net.

Histopathology:   Moderately dysplastic,predominantly junctional naevus.

Negative pigment network is seen in Spitz naevus,dysplastic naevus and invasive melanoma.
