History: This mole was discovered during a routine exam. There was no known history of trauma. Dermoscopy showed mostly a normal network, but the central area was concerning, with a scar-like depigmentation, an inverse network and blue-grey pigmentation. The pathology was reassuring, showing a compound irritated nevus, with a strong junctional activity presenting some atypias.
