Description: Dermoscopy- Blue naevus with different colours:blue,white and brown.

History:

Patient with haemochromatosis ,presented with enlarging papule.

Differential diagnosis of blue naevus would include: combined naevus,nodular or featureless melanoma and atypical dermal naevus.

Variant of blue naevus known as cellular blue naevi tend to be larger,usually about 1-3 cm in size.
