Description: Close up-Brown macule with pigment network fades at the periphery.
History:
Middle aged keen surfer .He has skin phototype II and naevi with similar dermoscopic features on his trunk and limbs.This naevus( 3mm) was excised at his request.
Histopathology: Compound naevus.
