Description: Dermoscopy- Reticular-Globular type of Clark Naevus.
History:
Presented with sudden appearance of a mole on her right breast.She has no personal history of skin cancer.Her has skin phototype II.Her older brother passed away a few months ago due to melanoma.
Some dermatologists described this pattern as 'superficial black network'.There is depigmented area noted in the 7-9 o'clock position of this naevus.
Histopathology : Moderately dysplastic,predominantly junctional naevus.No evidence of malignancy.
