Description: Clinical-red papule.

History:

Presented with history of recurrent bleeding from the forehead papule with minor trauma.She has had past history of truncal NMSCs.Biopsy was taken to rule out nodular BCC.

Histopathology -Hemangioma.

This lesion could be an early form of hemangioma without clinical or dermoscopical evidence of hall mark "lacunae" .Hemangioma is said to result from proliferation of dilated vessels/capillaries often situated in the superficial dermis.
