Description: Dermoscopy -reticular type pigment network.

History:

Skin phototype II-III middle aged female with multiple naevi (>100 naevi ,>2 mm).She has more than 2 atypical naevi on her back.

The nontypical pattern is seen in benign lesions(acral melanocytic naevi),in people with atypical/dysplastic nevus syndrome.None of these lesions were malignant when removed or had a malignant evolution during follow up.[J Malvehy& S Puig]
