Description: The linear disposition of the vessels, which form "string of pearls".

History: An asymptomatic, erythematous little nodule of the thigh, with a scaly border The dermoscopic exam reveals a vascular pattern, with vessels arranged in string of pearls. They are not dotted vessels: the close-up picture shows what was described as "bush vessels". The pathology confirmed the clinical hypothesis of a clear cell acanthoma.
