Description: Dermoscopy-non specific pattern.

History:

76 year old man presented for skin check.Erythematous brownish pigmented macule was noted on his left scapula area.It was 16 mm in maximum diameter.

He has had few NMSCs excised previously.After the excisional biopsy for confirmation,this dysplastic naevus was re-excised with 5 mm clearance margins.
