History: Past history melanoma. New pigmented lesion. Arose synchronously with 3(!) more melanomas. Sections of the shave specimen reveal a moderately dysplastic lentiginous junctional naevus and adjacent changes suggestive of a flat pattern seborrhoeic keratosis
