Description: Pale brown lesion above the right sacro-iliac joint.

History:

Presented for  the examination of a keratotic lesion on his left arm.

Dermoscopic pattern: Diffuse brown pigmentation with some network fragments and few remnant globules.It also shows hypertrichosis.
