Description: Dermoscopic description: Globular pattern, perifollicular hypopigmentation, multifocal hypopigmentation, milia-like cysts and prominent hairs.

History:

 

The child has had the lesion since her birth. Her mother  noticed it rapidly growing, with  variously sized dots and globules in different shades of brown and black, in the last 3 years.

 

Dermoscopic description: Globular pattern, perifollicular hypopigmentation, multifocal hypopigmentation, milia-like cysts and prominent hairs.
