Description: Milia-like cysts,comedo-like openings, hairpin vessels,dotted vessels and scale-crusts. Also absence of criteria for a melanocytic lesion.

History:

He noticed this neoplasm 4 years ago. It had increased in size and had been bleeding in the last few weeks. This is an irritated seborrhoeic keratosis.

Dermatoscopic description: Milia-like cysts,comedo-like openings, harpin vessels,dotted vessels and scale-crusts. Also  absence of criteria for a melanocytic lesion.
