Description: Dermoscopic description: Dark lacunae, whitish veil, peripheral erythema, red lacunae and hemorrhagic crusts. This is a thrombosed lesion.

History:

The lesion has been present since childhood. It was excised 4 years ago. No biopsy was taken then. The patient recalls that the present lesion appeared at the site of the excised one. I had never seen the patient before so I have no idea what kind of lesion she had earlier.

Dermoscopic description: Dark lacunae, whitish veil, peripheral erythema, red lacunae and hemorrhagic crusts.
