Description: Dermatoscopic description: Homogenous pattern and focal hypopigmentation.The latter may be due to increased collagen deposition in the lesion.

History:

The patient has had this lesion since her first years of life and according to her mother was enlarging especially in the last 1-2 years. Itching or pain has never occured.

Dermatoscopic description: Homogenous pattern and focal hypopigmentation.

This is Fibrosing type of blue nevus.
