Description: dermoscopy

History:

17 year old young adult with multiple naevi.He has few halo naevi on his trunk.He spends most of free time surfing and swimming.

Pathogenesis of regression could be from many causes:

Immunogenic(halo phenonmenon),physiologic(involution),iatrogenic(traumatised nevus) and pathologic(melanoma).
