Description: Dermatoscopy of groin lesion with a very marked globular pattern. There are also crypts and fissures more commonly seen in seborrhoeic keratoses.
History: This is an example of a congenital nevus ( a nevus present from birth or shortly thereafter).It has a very papillated surface and excess hairs growing from it.
