This Dirty Dozen was presented by Dr Ian McColl in Feb 2008.
Elderly man with who presented for a routine check up with this pigmented lesion on the chest wall.

Answer:



Question: What is the diagnosis? Consider Melanoma, Pigmented IEC, Seborrhoeic keratosis, Chocolate ice cream and Solar lentigo.

Answer: This was chocolate icecream which had dripped on to his chest wall at breakfast. It wiped away!
