The CASH Algorithm.
C Colour ( light brown, dark brown. black, red, white, blue) scores 1-6 depending on the number of colours.
A Architectural disorder (None, mild, moderate and marked) scores 0-3
S Symmetry( symmetry in 2 axes, 1 axis or asymmetry in both axes) scores 0-2
H homo/heterogeneity ( dots/ globules, streaks and blue white veil, regression structures, single colour>10%, polymorphic vessels) scores 0-7
Total CASH score > 8 means Melanoma is likely.
