Case 7 80 year old with Type 4 skin feels her back is itchy. This lesion was noted incidentally over her scapular area. Patient was unaware of lesion.
Question: What is your provisional diagnosis of this lesion? Consider Basal cell carcinoma, Melanoma, Melanoacanthoma, Pigmented solar keratosis, Pigmented seborrhoeic keratosis
