Case 2 50 Year old female (type II skin ) feels this pimple on her right upper lip has never healed. It has been present for 6 months. Clinically it is raised and firm.
Question: What is your diagnosis of this lesion? Consider Solar keratosis, Intradermal nevus, BCC, SCC, and Benign lichenoid keratosis.
