Question: What is your diagnosis? Consider Melanoma in situ, Seborrhoeic keratosis, Invasive melanoma,Benign compound nevus, Dysplastic nevus, Pigmented BCC and Spitz nevus.

Answer: Histology: L2 0.5mm thick, Superficial spreading melanoma arising within a dysplastic compound naevus
