A 38 yr old male with a history of several BCC excised (elsewhere), presented with a recurrent lesion on the nose (BCC), incidentally this lesion on the back was found during a full skin check, both the patient and his wife were unaware of it. Consider the following options- Lichen planus like keratosis,Solar lentigo, Banal nevus, Dysplastic nevus, Melanoma or Other.
