Description: Blue grey nodule on the shin

History:

Past history of several melanomas including a blue nevus like melanoma metastasis. Rapid growth over 6 weeks of this blue grey nodule on the shin. No local glands in groin. This was a 6 mm thick pigmented nodular melanoma. Compare it with the previous case.
