Description:

Dermatoscopy

History:

A pigmented lesion on the shin. Female aged 82 Lots of solar damage. Initially had a lot of infected dermatitis on her legs which I cleared up with topical steroids and antibiotics and this was then noted on review.

It was a pigmented IEC. I shaved the upper third of this to include the dark area with the dots in lines but I probably should have shaved it all. I gave her efudix to use over 4 weeks bd application
