Description:

Milia and well defined vessels and white structures

History:

A pink papule on the forehead. Female aged 72 Bled once. BCC or Trichoepithelioma?

It was a BCC. I am surprised how often you see milia in BCCs and this one had white lines as well. I always think of trichoepithelioma when I see lots of milia in pink lesions like this but this one had bled which would be rare with a trichoepithelioma.
